1. Overview

At Aradhya Collection, we aim to provide the best quality products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Innerwear / personal hygiene products
• Opened or used toys
• Products damaged by customer misuse
• Items without original packaging/tags

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share order details and product images
3. Our team will verify and approve the request
4. Arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping

5. Return Shipping

• If the product is defective or wrong → we bear shipping cost
• If return is due to customer preference → customer pays shipping

6. Inspection

Once we receive the returned product:

• It will be inspected
• If approved → refund will be processed
