1. Overview

At Aradhya Collection, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This policy explains the terms under which cancellations are accepted.

2. Order Cancellation

a) Before Shipment

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Cancellation must be requested before the order is shipped
• Full refund will be processed

b) After Shipment

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
• You may request a return after delivery (as per Return Policy)

3. How to Cancel an Order

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be canceled if:

• They have already been shipped
• They are custom or special orders
• Incorrect/incomplete address provided by customer

6. Company Rights

Aradhya Collection reserves the right to:

• Cancel any order due to stock issues
• Cancel orders in case of pricing errors
• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a full refund will be provided
